Method Principle:

 

            The automatic procedure for determining dissolved nitrates in water is based on a UVC photometric measurement at a wavelength of 220 nm. The absorption at 220 nm by nitrates makes it possible to determine them without reagents. The calibration curve of NO3- follows the Lambert-Beer law, and the calibration involves storing the regression line resulting from the analysis of multiple standards within the relevant analytical range.
